Volunteer

Volunteers are absolutely essential to our Branch, we simply couldn’t carry out all the animal welfare work we do without them!

If you have a little free time to spare and would like something rewarding to fill it with – why not join us?

Roles available

We are particularly in need of:

Trustees

Are you passionate about animal welfare?

Do you have professional experience that could help shape a local charity?

Our vision to live in a world where all animals are respected and treated with compassion. As a trustee you will have the chance to influence how we care for and prevent cruelty to animals in our county.

If this sounds like you, please head over to our indeed page and apply now! Indeed Advert

Fosterers

By becoming a fosterer, you will be providing care for one of our animals in your own home, until they are ready to find a new, permanent home.

There is no cost to you, as we provide everything you will need for the animal – such as food, toys, cat litter, any veterinary treatment needed etc.

No experience required!

Events Assistants

Come and help out at one of the fun events we attend to raise awareness and funds for animals in need!

You would be helping to man a stall and tombola, along with chatting to members of the public about the work we do.

Please note that at the present time we do not have any vacancies that involve working directly with the animals in our care (other than fostering).
